Our Team Challenge experiences are available worldwide to motivate, engage, entertain, and inspire your employees. We will incorporate your company objectives for the event into the various themes personalising your message to your employees.
We know one of the challenges facing leaders is to find team-oriented employees from members with dissimilar languages, cultures, values, and problem-solving approaches. Our Team Challenges are used to enhance social relations and define roles within teams, involving collaborative tasks aiming to expose and address interpersonal problems or to address issues within the group.
These challenges are intended to improve performance in a team-based environment by aligning goals, building effective working relationships, reducing team members' role uncertainty, and finding solutions to team problems.
Fun is an important component to team building, but the intent is to become productive, focused, and aligned. Competitive Team Challenges allow teams to produce meaningful results pushing teams to work together to produce results allowing passionate, dedicated, and talented people to give their best towards a common goal and towards a shared vision of success.
Organised Crime Groups pose an enormous threat with their involvement in Terrorism, Robbery, Human Trafficking, Money Laundering, Counterfeiting, Prostitution and Drugs, so the Police need to keep one step ahead if they’re ever going to bring them down. Therefore, it doesn’t help when it’s suspected that an officer on the Force has been working alongside the OCG, feeding them vital information about on-going investigations into their activities.
Which is where you come in. Anti-Corruption AC-59 are recruiting and need your help to identify the rogue officer. Teamwork is key as you are tasked with reviewing the evidence and finding the missing links that will ultimately result in the arrest of the guilty party and to your team winning the coveted “AC-59 Award for Excellence In The Line Of Duty”.
Teams meet in the Briefing Room where they are given the background details of the case, before separating to review filmed interviews and factual evidence and then linking their findings to CSI evidence gathered during the investigation.
They will then present their conclusions to the Chief Investigating Officer for assessment.
I'm Sherlock Holmes, the world's only consulting detective. I'm not going to go into detail about how I do what I do because chances are you wouldn't understand but to summarise; I observe everything, from what I observe, I deduce everything, when I've eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, no matter how mad it might seem, must be the truth.
So, is he dead? Or is he just playing a game with us? There’s certainly a dead body or two and a trail of clues leading me to suspect that my nemesis, Moriarty is still with us.
Unfortunately, before we could set out to prove it, myself and Doctor Watson were rather ignominiously spirited away to some undefinable location and held captive whilst this game plays itself out.
But you, my friends can follow my guidance and use your own powers of observation and deduction to follow the clues and unravel this intriguing murder mystery and discover exactly who and what is behind the reason for our enforced incarceration – and you might just save us at the same time! So, get ready – the game is on…

It is 1960 and the Cold War divides the world just as it does the citizens of Berlin. The opulent Venice-Simplon Orient Express travels from Berlin to Paris where US President Eisenhower is due to meet his Soviet counterpart, Khrushchev, in a crisis summit to discuss the fate of the beleaguered German city.
But, as the cream of society indulge themselves in all the sumptuous splendour that the train has to offer, amongst their number, they are concealing secrets that could have repercussions for the whole of humanity.
Bearing top-secret intelligence, two scientists have escaped East Berlin through Checkpoint Charlie in an attempt to reach Paris and hand over their information to the Americans. One never made it to the train. He was captured and killed by pursuing Soviet agents. But the other is amongst you, in disguise and desperate not to be discovered. Who could it be?
There are plenty of suspicious characters lurking amongst the luxury train for you to interact with. Male or female? Hero or villain? Murderer or potential victim? Who knows? Follow the clues throughout your journey to solve this intriguing tale of murder, mystery, and espionage at the highest level.
But be careful; not everyone is as they seem and a slip of the tongue or an open pocket could gain you more than you expect.
There is, of course, no pressure but the fate of the world may depend on you!
